Ingredients
  

  • 1 pound ground beef or turkey if you prefer
  • 1 onion chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 can 14.5 oz diced tomatoes
  • 1 can 14.5 oz kidney beans, drained and rinsed
  • 1 cup corn
  • 4 cups beef broth
  • 2 tablespoons chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • Salt and pepper
  • 1 lime cut into wedges
  • 1 avocado diced
  • Fresh cilantro chopped
  • Tortilla strips
  • Sour cream if you want
  • Jalapeños sliced (if you like it spicy)

Instructions
 

  • Cook the ground beef in a big pot. Drain the fat.
