Equipment

- 1 tsp cumin
- 1 tsp paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
Step 1: Prepare the Chicken
- Season the chicken breasts with salt, pepper, cumin, and paprika.
- Heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
- Cook the chicken breasts for about 6-7 minutes on each side, or until fully cooked and golden brown.
- Once cooked, remove the chicken from the skillet and let it rest for a few minutes before slicing it thinly.
Step 2: Cook the Rice and Beans
- In a medium saucepan, heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil over medium heat.
